*** UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR *** I talked with MARIO at 1-866-222-7100. He is a manager in their customer support unit. I had to wait more than 20 minutes and was put on hold by SAL 4 times prior to being transfered to him. MARIO could provide NO assistance and actually HUNG UP on me.
