The Sunday Newsletter 8/11/24 - BLEG

I realize it's early for this, but I'm out Sunday.

Let's recap the previous week trading session.

We can certainly agree it was a very strong week with respect to the share price. All indication is that the convert D is basically done, and dilution is over or almost non-existent. There were 5th decimal trades in small volume and followed by a regular retail trade, meaning the 5th decimal trade came from a wholesale entity, which was the first trade and then followed right after into the retail trade. So, this is probably just left over consolidation and overall has a minimal effect in the big scheme of things (share structure).

The trading volume is really quite thin and just averaging around 6m give or take per day and that is just unbelievable, I'm only guessing on the average, but it isn't by anything of great numbers. I think mostly it's the holding pattern due to Name Change and Symbol pending with FINRA. This mostly effects many companies that are waiting into transition and isn't unusual. So, patience is key, because you will miss out once the events come to fruition.

The next 2 weeks will be our game changer, and we will move to higher highs and volume should pick up after the transition into trading range of .002-.003. This range will start the churning effect that allows the bottom feeders to take profits. This timeline is important for the sake of liquidity and a normal trading cycle. The thin volume trading up to this point is basically a holding position for many, thus the tight trading range. Once we move into the .002-.003 it will start too once again, greatly increase the daily volume average and puts us in a trading range that will complement our true fair value, which incidentally is currently well undervalued.

I expect this week our 2nd Quarter Financial and believe they will show the growth pattern of the company and its forward momentum on a positive footing.

This link of July 30th is my posting of a culmination on how I have come to believe that the company has the vision moving into Fall and Winter of 2024 and the future into 2025 with extreme optimism.

So, in closing, the next 2 weeks are going to be awesome and expect more news coming out of the company and X interim announcements to keep you abreast of things happening in its current state.
