Unfortunately the way things are structured (up to 12 months to fulfill the 1-A filing, looks to be a dependency on exhi legal concerns with Devon, etc) we’ll be lucky to get filings each quarter.

Demonstrated history of little regard for shareholders via any kind of communication unless someone gets the rare opportunity to reach him.
