Too much to explain about Tilton. The bottom line is he is the majority shareholder, but has no real role in the company. He did a lot of unsavory things before SBC and TG Capital came into the picture. They took over basically and sidelined him. They needed a worthless penny stock that was a holding company on the US stock market, so they could eventually get on the NAZ. That would not be possible if it was a Chinese company.
