Evidently, Kevin Simon was getting death threats. He was trying to "clean up the mess". He stepped down to go back to marketing. I don't know what happened, but he left that too. So, now we are getting a Chief Reorganization Officer, appointed by the court. This guy shouldn't get death threats or the people doing them will be sitting in prison in Illinois. The guy will do what he is supposed to do, which will be court enforced. And that should be that. It is actually a good thing as this guy has authority over everyone involved.
