I assume it will be positive as it will be the basis for the settlement with Vik and others. Then, they can be paid and we can move on. Restructuring is always positive for the company. The aim is to keep companies in business and as going concerns. Restructuring is another word for a type of bankruptcy. I forget the number. One type is where the company goes out of business, the other is where it reorganizes, ie, gets some things off it's books, some claims are reduced, and the company may sell off some assets and reorganize othere into a structure that better suits the current business of the company. It can take a while, but I estimate not more than 3 months. It depends on the complexity and size of the company. However, it cannot take too long as that can jeopardize the ability of the company to stay in business. I assume the court will permit things to procede as normal until the final order is handed down.
