This is a well-known form of financing known as venture debt which has existed for several decades.

I can guarantee you no venture debt fund would - even if their constitution allowed them to lend money to a non-reporting penny stock with an outstanding debt of over $1.5 million in default, which it wouldn’t - touch IPIX with a ten foot barge pole.
