Hi all. Just got off the phone with the IR person. There will be a PR tomorrow, one on Friday and then at least 1 or 2 every day next week and beyond to ensure that all shareholders are kept informed and up to date on all the company’s activities. (absolutely wonderful transparency in this company)

He also said that the company has been talking to a couple of MM’s that have realized that CHNW is a valid company (took ‘em long enough) and are looking at supporting the company: On OUR side for a change.

The company did have 11 filings, and as Allinnxx1968 stated, they saved us $350,000, spending only $35,000 instead.

The 5 billion additional A/S are restricted. Again, RESTRICTED, and will not be used in the market. NO DILUTION or any other fiendish plots that anyone would have you believe.

The company is authorized to buy back shares and they will. Also, there will be NO R/S.

The company has some VERY VERY great things planned for the short-term and also for the very long-term. Hold very tight to you shares guys; you will not be disappointed in the least.

Guys, they are taking stock in lieu of a cash salary. That should say it all.
