Okay, I've looked through it. You are still wrong.

Let's start with the last thing. Director Sole proves nothing. Maybe he's an insider idiot who buys even though he knows the company is trash. Even if he knew there was news coming that would be good for the company, say a $100 million investment, that doesn't prove it's from the Foxconn suit. So, the Director Sole thing is meaningless on that point. It is meaningful if you are looking to invest in the company as insider buying is considered a good sign.

The plan doesn't change the 10-Q. Lordstown at the time, sold the plant and received $230 million in full for the plant. Done. QED. The approved plan doesn't change that. In fact, it says that Foxconn did actually pay part of the investment deal, because they have the stock from the deal which the court reinstated. So, this plan document kind of disproves your point.

the Effective Date, pursuant to Article III.B.5(b) of the Plan, (a) all Allowed Foxconn Preferred Stock Interests shall be Reinstated and Unimpaired in all respects, (b) none of such interests shall be cancelled, subject to the terms of the New Organizational Documents, which may be amended pursuant to Article V

Second, I see nothing about the plant or factory in the plan.

Third, the plan goes through great lengths to not address the adversarial lawsuit. That is, if indeed NuRide has a claim to the plant from the lawsuit with Foxconn, this is not part of the plan and no action one way or the other is in the plan. There is no indication at this point in the plan that NuRide has any claim to the property apart from saying that the adversarial lawsuit has not been decided.

So, again, for someone who says they read the plan, you should be able to point to me what exactly you are referring to. At this point, your claim that NuRide owns the plan is pure nonsense and proven to be for a fact. I quoted relevant sections of the 10-Q. The least you can do is point to where you get your understanding of the issues. I realize that then Lordstown blames the bankruptcy on Foxconn, but that doesn't prove your point.
