Considering the average daily volume of trading amount to $50000 or less, it wouldn't appear any market makers are making an actual dent in the price. If anything, them continuing to buy is keeping the price from dropping, which would only reflect the poor state of NSAV business affairs. Anyone buying in bulk seems more like they're trying to keep the stock from disappearing rather than scooping up (worthless) shares at a low price because its going to explode in 9 days. August 15th is when the truth comes out.
