They can train ANYONE with 3/4 a brain to operate the machinery with respect to manufacturing the pills. They UNDOUBETDLY have the procedure nailed down into a well fortified SOP (Standard Operating procedure). Follow steps a-z, precisely, and you get a pill.
I trained our mfg. staff here when we released our product and starte dto make it in bulk quantity. I spent 6 weeks down in the mfg. facility and trained the various peopl eon the various steps. It's a requirement in the biz, standard practice, that by the time the R&D department releases a product it should be bullet proof, idiot proof, as much as possible to facilitate a smooth transition from R&D to mfg and customers.
