BTW....although this is a civil case the Fair labor wage laws that date back to 1938 are a FEDERAL LAW. If the State of California decides to go after this CON JOB of a Company like they did YEARS ago and won these clowns could be up on FEDERAL CHARGES. Bet he's not laughing that off right now.

Not paying employee's their earned wages is a State and Federal CRIME.
