The dumb shorts panic posting dont want you to know how the note works. The conversion formula is based on the lowest closing price of previous 60 days of conversion (pretty much where it is now). The note holder will not make significant money unless the stock price go's up from here. Should see a ton of buying pressure before any conversions take place. Didnt anyone notice the shares available to borrow didnt budge after the note PR was released Friday? You would think it would be zero according to all the dillution fud the bears still holding short positions are spreading. They know buyers are gonna flood this and too risky to short atm.
