I think Cargo is a great Mod with good information. If you actually took time to look at the link he provided, you'd see that its not BS. The link is from the Secretary of State Nevada. The company has filed the paperwork alredy. I have a feeling that they didn't want to PR about it until right before the event to avoid the selloff that commonly occurs when a RS is issued.
