just thinking about possible reasons to increase the A/S ... and yes I know they said in the PR it was to fund future acquisitions : "We have previously announced our intent to acquire additional financial service companies in line with our corporate objectives, and this will allow the Company to fund future acquisitions partly or entirely with stock."
However there could be other reasons ALSO to justify this increase in A/S, for example a Forward Split ...
all imo offcourse
