I will admit that judge Albright's sealed order is a mystery, which is the intended purpose. We do not know what the order states, but there was a motion for summary judgement of non-infringement. As I see it, this was a request for the judge to make an immediate ruling on the defendant's contention that there was no infringement. The fact that the judge has ruled on this motion does not necessarily mean that the judge has agreed that there was no infringement. We simply do not know which way he ruled, as this decision has been sealed. JMHO.
