This sealed summary judgement of non infringement sounds like part of a negotiation. Several patents are in play. VPLM did something similar with $Verizon in NCal when they declined to sue them for a specific patent to avoid potential Alice issues in the future. If this was an all-ending situation it would have taken place early on in pretrial. It was regarding a specific motion, not for the entire case, and by sealing it $VPLM protects their strategy going forward with future lawsuits. Maybe their experts couldnt agree on damage asessment for one specific use, no problem, there is plenty more "meat on the bone" rather than getting bogged down on small matters. It's a give and take, let them work. There is no PR because they are still hammering out the details of a complex situation.
