Looks like their trying to value Avid at around $600 million. So with a 20% premium $720 million buyout.
Add in 1.5 million shares just given to top 5 people in PSU and RSU equals 65 million outstanding shares.
Looks like $11 per share?
Nick walks away with $17.5 million and $3.6 in severance.
IMO that's what a buyout looks like right now
