Last I discovered a guy named Boyar took control along with Dr. Aaron from Australia, who was named a director, and pushed Wallace into the background. Subsequently they did nothing and stopped filing. The TA agent could have signified anything from them starting action on a plan for a company involving 🥼Dr. Aaron's🩺 menopause 💊hormone treatments💉, to a sale of this shell, to a hijacking. The mystery of the spring TA remains. Anyone have any clues?
