I am not sure I had the same question.....

I would imagine he is trying to sell restricted shares just because SFRX has been spending so much money lately on the sea searcher modifications and normal staff operations.

The way I look at it is the company has to stay funded and as bad as dilution is it's better than not having any money to do anything.

Now is a time of blah , but I am sure the excitement is going to be picking up soon and yes I think Kyle should have a party for us all on a yacht as we are watching 500 year old treasure come to the surface. Lol
