After all this time it's a wonder that the float is still under 6 million. Not much dilution and not many unrestricted becoming available. In the last run a few years ago, when it was confirmed that Bebuzee was taking over the Enga shell, there were about 3,5 mill shares in the float. Once news came out, the stock was jumping .10 cents at a time and we hit a high close to 5$. I could see the same happening here with momentum building, then launching the app.
