Some of what you say has some merit. Some of it doesn't. I will focus on the part that doesn't.

The banking license will be a crucial part of business going forward for reasons most of us don't understand yet. And opportunities like these are rare. We are just waiting for the funding today so the banking license won't interfere with that. We have several people ready to go to start wiring money if/when we receive funds.
