Mods are an Ihub thing ..... they have nothing to do with the company or informing anyone of any thing associated with the topic of the board. They are moderating conversation for Ihub and ... themselves in some cases ..... and should never be considered representative of the company or a steward of company information in any way.

Those claiming DD here ....as has always been the case ..... are "direct dial" to ECSL and / or spouting drivel from ECSL IR that is totally worthless. And if it isn't direct dial, they know someone else claiming knowledge. ECSL IR is a black hole and total waste of shares. Just a shield for Mills. There is no one here that should have any knowledge of confidential company discussions other than awareness that they are happening unless of course they are involved and have an NDA in place in which case they should say nothing at all. Difficult to DD a company that sez and does almost nothing outside of speaking directly with them.

The "direct dial" is obvious as all hell when you see the names in the ECSL filings providing money to the company. Ya think that magically happens by osmosis like Mills envisions needing money in his mind and magically those thoughts are sent to shareholders via telepathy and they receive those thoughts and send money ? And things like a "shareholders meeting". ROFLMAO. Requires contact does it not ? DUH. Funny that no one here directly mentioned a shareholders meeting and increase in authorized shares even though they knew about it before the latest "update" and discussed it elsewhere. Name change was tossed about but that is trivial relative to having a shareholder meeting and increase in authorized shares.

There is no one here looking out for you. Everyone has their own agenda. Protect yourself at all costs and believe nothing you can't verify for yourself.
And I would encourage you to read Lawrence's updates very carefully. They paint the picture for the most part on what's happening. And then when you read them historically in sequence, you can get an even better picture from which you can infer the real story.

Like I said I still take Lawrence at his word. IMO, ECSL is still trying to land deals to support the future of the company. But what that all looks like remains to be seen and is yet to be "definitive" in any way. What is definitive is ECSL has title to the Lorton properties but has failed to make balloon payment to Lorton that was due end of June. There has been no public filing of an extension to that date or an adjustment to the agreement.
