From the supplemental filing it looks like WDLF may be purchasing both LikeRE and Outdoorsman. The language seems to imply that. Same as what they did with MJLink. These are companies that Ken created originally. So he creates these companies then rolls them back and forth, first on their own then back under the WDLF umbrella. I think this may be the case since he has yet to do a liquidity event. WDLF purchasing them certainly would not represent a liquidity event in my opinion. We shall see what the next 90 days brings but I am not holding my breath on a legitimate liquidity event.
