No, the only reason why the stock is not going up yet is because everybody’s in the wait-and-see mode
99% of the shares have been locked up for quite a while
Once contracts are in place and finalized the stock will probably go up to 2cents to 10 cents in my opinion!!!
Maybe more if there are multiple contracts
