"The SEC has never suspended non-reporting OTC companies - because they don't have any. SEC filing Obligations."
Suspensions were to stop a stock from trading and by nature, stocks that aren't quoted within 4 days lose their MM status (211). A suspension lasts for 10 days, so that would suffice with losing the 211. Now the Expert Market does the trick. They don't suspend anymore. There is no need to. Delinquent filers fall to Expert Market and lose their 211. It's been this way since September 2021.
But anyways. WNFT is now fully compliant Alternative Reporting Standard, as predicted. This is a smart move for George Sharp.
