Please verify your statement: "Furthermore, according to his daughter's diary he molested her in the shower numerous times" by posting the link that states the fact that his daughter said he molested her. Once you get those glasses, you might see that she said it felt inappropriate but there was nothing about touching, molesting, or anything else.
