who is going to trade a $100 on the OTC exchange when you get charged 7% for the trade and another 8% additional fee by a broker when there are no fees on Nasdaq or the NYSE. Besides that everything on the OTC exchange keep ticking down .0001 every day even if the filings are up to date or you are removed off the shit list because of some infraction with the SEC from the past example is AEGY
