shareholders paid the loans of NIXON thru share dilution and like other crooks probably hidden dilution money also went to NIXON
and so the SEC == FINRA left NIXON to drop every thing and just leave instead of having him file the papers to bring the company up to date and then having him step away from the company as a bad actor .
