Nobody has a valid argument as to why an $80m company would be interested in merging with a trip zero stinky pinky trading on the scam OTC.

Simple answer, they wouldn’t.

Something smells bad with this supposed merger.

Remember, this is a “mining merger”. Mining, is historically one of the biggest scams ever on the OTC.
