$TXTM is in a buyback blackout period and couldnt buy and stem this dump even if it wanted to. Just learned about this. Had been concerned that because TXTM didn't seem to be buying at these low prices meant they were really going to knock price down before buying back.

This is good. Except for the dumper, if he doesn't know about black out, which begins 2 weeks before end of quarter and runs to a couple days after q report date.

IMO

My words are just humble opinion & speculation, generally about stocks I own.
