If the assumption that insiders are loading up is true, this relentless wait while MMs exchange shares at .0002 may be a ploy to slowly make retail lose patience and dump their shares.

If that be the case, the question is... when will "they" have enough shares? How many could "they" possibly need/want?

The SS hasn't changed in 2 months and dilution seemingly stopped once the old debt was cleared. So, it's not like new shares are appearing out of nowhere.
