With the filing of form 15- 12G at least we know they are not out to sell shares on the open market.

once again shareholders are the ones left in the dark.



How much dilution has there been since "the recent reverse split," has there been?

Sure seems to date management is acting "fiduciary responsible" in not using those 999,740,000 new shares and avoiding the expert market.

But that is just my opinion.
