The DoD 10M is for producing a scandium aluminum alloy. Did we ever get pilot scale numbers? Are we even still talking to nanoscale powders?? Do we have a pilot scale process to spend 10M on?? If we do, we aren't hearing about it. If we had 10M to spend, would we get 1B later after the results? That would be nice. 10M is going to do what 8M (6.8M) did. Nothing. 10M would pay salaries and the light bill for a while. The DoD loses billions into thin air and laughs it off. They don't deliberately spend 10M for can kicking salaries of an unfunded mining company unfortunately. I doubt we see a dime of it and I doubt our state senators have given it a second thought since the last NR concerning it.
