I can’t understand why 1/2 cent or 1/4 cent price difference becomes the deciding factor on when to buy but that seems to be how things work in penny land. I don’t understand but I also don’t make a big deal about it either. If you think a stock will go to .05 does it really matter that you pay .021 vs .024?
