2 podcasts this week revealed very little news we didn’t already know. And another one next week. Boy oh boy can’t wait for more another non-news event. He is good at these events, not so much on liquidity events.

Ken has yet to execute a liquidity event. (Fact)

Countless times Ken has said things were on track to be completed when in reality they were not. The latest being early March when he said two liquidity events were on target for the end of Q1. Nada. And here we are four months later. And let’s not forget 11/22 when he went through the same drill. Remember “key your ear to the ground” for those announcements. (Fact)

What a joke.

The recent filing about the next 90 days - why didn’t he file this back in March when he was so sure they were on track to close on 2 events by the end of Q1? Hmmmm. Just another stall tactic.

That’s reality for me here. For others you can continue to make excuses.

The stock price says it all. .0004 with a market cap under $3 million. Laughable to think this company will ever be on a major exchange.
