WDLF is unaudited, although reporting company… there is no quiet period rule in can find for OTCM reporting companies… so why Ken said the beginning of quiet period after upcoming podcast???

Doesn’t he knows that they are no longer sec reporting.. in the past he mentioned being as a sec filer, 30 days quiet period is required by sec…
