It is undoubtedly a fork in the road for Fisker. Guy Coviello, president and CEO of the Youngstown-Warren Regional Chamber said there was never any agreement between Fisker and Foxconn.

“It seemed like the media portrayed it that way, and it seemed like people talked about it that way, but the fact is that Fisker never entered into an agreement. Really, when you look at it from that perspective, it’s no loss,” Coviello said.

Despite the bruised PEAR, local leaders are still optimistic

Because of The Pending Lawsuit against Foxconn, Nobody has seen the specific details of the agreement and or any signatures confirming the sale in writing or made publicly

LandX has yet to register a stock symbol and some believe a merger acquisition of NU Ride Inc. is in their sights and to continue on.

Just like Fisker, Foxconn had no deal in writing with anybody nor did they pay the 170mn they owe LMC for the plant. NRDE NU Ride Inc.stock remains stable as a result of the big what if?
