Here's an interesting question I just thought of.

What (or Who) is keeping this from going dark/defunct with the OTC? It got downgraded to Pink Limited right after they filed the 2023 annual report, which presumably means there was something OTCM didn't like? It's been that way since March and they haven't done anything to fix it. Shouldn't they have been required to file a revised report with an attorney letter by now?

They also never filed with the state of Wyoming, which also presumably means there's something that needs to be fixed with the annual report. That got them Administratively Dissolved as of June 9th.

Yet, something is keeping this alive? 🤷
