Can someone clarify this for me?

First Nuinsco has to earn-in, then Xstrata can back-in to Nuinsco's earn-in?

"The Company's 100% earn-in is subject to a 50% back-in right exercisable by Xstrata Copper under certain terms and conditions up to five years after Nuinsco completes its 100% earn-in."
