This is what I am thinking as well. There was no other reason to tank the SP with the 8K. If they needed money to file, they could have sold shares at 300% to 500% during the run to cover the cost. They didn't. Why? Tank it. Buy the O/S and go private. Seems to be no other explanation besides the 'maybe this, maybe that' and the 'hopium' provided here. Buy the O/S, take it private and they stand to make a whole lot of money for themselves even if they sell all the IP to another company.

It makes perfect sense for RSPI to drop to the Expert Market. Management/Iinsiders are taking the company private. What better way to force shareholders to sell so they can buy the outstanding shares as cheap as possible? Bag holders will eventually figure this out but it will be too late. Typical pump and dump garbage stock.
