Regarding the Beta site; why did they decide on that cheasy virtual sales person. It doesn't seem very cutting edge or give off the image to attract big-player type customers?

They should have a better video stream and clearer sound.

They should get Garr to pitch this and not some animation. He is charismatic and convincing, which are two qualities required to put people at ease and instill confidence.
