So what? The HESG AS, OS, restricted, and unrestricted haven’t changed, not a single share. I don’t know why you’d try to illicitly promote this stock, it’s been multiple scams over the years, stealing money from the naive.

You need to read up on the Transfer Agent Verified Shares Program. Share data provided by transfer agents will be displayed alongside a “Verified” logo. If a transfer agent participates in the OTC Markets Transfer Agent Verified Shares Program then the transfer agent is required to update the share structure on the OTC Markets website for ALL of their clients (dead or active). As you can see, HESG Has been dead / defunct for years. The SOS dissolved them and they’ve been inactive since 2014.

HESG is EM, it can’t be bought by U.S.citizens, it can only be sold. Read 15c2-11, when companies fail to publish required current information, brokers may only publish unsolicited quotes. That’s HESG.
