Why? Because moving to EM when it could have been handled much differently, and much better, doesn't instill confidence. Now, it's way too many 'Maybe questions'. Investors want clarity not 'Maybe'. There is no guarantee they will find grants. Maybe they will, maybe they won't. They have the right to cancel within the 8K if they don't, but how does that bode well? EM is not a choice by the company. They have clearly stated they do not have the funds to file the 10K. How is that a choice? Again, maybe they will find it, maybe they won't. This is not what serious institutional investors want to hear. It's fine for IHUB dwellers, but not in the real world.

Maybe there is a merger
Maybe there is big funding coming
Maybe there is BP at the door
Maybe some assets will be sold
Maybe this goes EM, maybe not
