I wasn’t expecting any word on FINRA until August. That’s 6 months from the Feb 13th board vote approving the change. IMHO that is the bare minimum for FINRA since they do indeed hate OTC shells from experience. If it happens earlier than that it’s only because RCRT is Nasdaq and AESO belong to them. I’m fine waiting, more of my shares just roll into the long term column.
