That was dilution, BBAR was the MM who was diluting and on top of the ASK. That's a newer MPID for them I believe, I saw them the other day on a ticker and didn't recognize them, however, now I know its Buckman, Buckman & Reid, Inc the old MPID was BKRT. BKRT was a notorious diluter, much like VNDM, VFIN and VERT, anytime I saw them show up on a ticker I knew it was bad news.
