It took five months the first time from the date of submitting the S1 until it became effective. Unless the company says otherwise with some factual information there is no reason for me to believe it won’t take five months again this time. After all, we are two months in and have three months until the five month mark. I’m sure the SEC must have some issue with the S1. But we won’t know for sure unless the company updates us.
