I'll have to admit. That is a very valid question and the best one I've heard today. Why the 8K saying you might not be able too, when there are other routes. Something not right with this CEO. If it was done to drop the SP, that's extremely deceptive and dishonest to current shareholders.

CBD retail is dead. Find something better. JMHO.
