As of Monday the FFlya Australian subsidiary was approved by the Australian Securities Investment Commission (our SEC equivalent) as an unlisted Australia public company. We are now in discussion with the majority shareholders regarding next steps and the restructure of IPTK. Will advise. St George Mining unveils major JORC resource

St George Mining Ltd executive chairman John Prineas talked with Proactive about the company's newly announced maiden JORC resource, which he says could be among the world’s most significant niobium and rare earth deposits. Prineas said the deposit features over 500 intercepts of high-grade mineralisation and boasts a rare combination of high grades and shallow mineralisation starting at surface, supporting an open pit development. “We think, possibly the second highest niobium deposit in terms of grade and, probably one of the highest rare earth deposits,” he told Proactive. He confirmed the company has already seen interest from industry players, with some expressing interest in potential partnerships and even mergers. The resource was released following St George’s acquisition of the project in late February, and the company has committed to a drill program starting in the coming weeks. According to Prineas, this program could potentially double the existing resource. In Brazil, St George has assembled an experienced in-country team and engaged a global EPC contractor to progress mine development. Titan Mining reports record 2024 production, expands resources

Titan Mining President Rita Adiani joined Steve Darling from Proactive to discuss the company’s year-end results, highlighting record production and strong financial performance in 2024. The company met the upper end of its production guidance, while costs were 10% lower than the low end of its all-in sustaining cost (AISC) guidance. In Q4 2024, Titan Mining produced 21.7 million pounds of payable zinc, marking a 56% increase compared to Q4 2023. Total full-year 2024 production reached 59.5 million pounds. The company also posted Q4 revenues of $26.3 million, representing a 318% increase from Q3 2024 and a 241% increase from Q4 2023. Adiani also shared updates on the company’s mineral resource expansion, noting that Titan completed an updated mineral resource estimate and extended the mine life for ESM’s zinc operations until 2033. The updated estimate reports a 22% increase in measured and indicated contained zinc pounds compared to the 2020 resource estimate. In addition to its zinc operations, Titan completed a maiden mineral resource estimate for the Kilbourne Graphite Project. How Beforepay’s AI model drives strong returns

Beforepay Group Ltd Finance Manager Shreya Prakash talked with Proactive about the company’s dual focus on domestic consumer lending and enterprise software through its Carrington Labs division. She explained that Beforepay’s core product—a pay advance offering—provides short-term loans with a fixed 5% fee and no hidden costs, aiming to support Australians with transparent and ethical lending. Prakash said, “The most common reason people borrow from us is not because they want to go for a vacation... but to tide them over that short-term cash flow pinch.” She highlighted that this flagship product, launched in 2020, remains central to the business and differentiates itself through its ethical model and efficient cost structure. Carrington Labs, the company’s AI and analytics arm, is productising the risk models that power Beforepay and expanding operations in the US. Prakash noted that the company is writing around 40,000 loans with just 50 staff, underlining a strong operational efficiency. Billy Cheung, also from the finance team, added that Beforepay became profitable in the first half of FY23. He reported revenue approaching A$20 million and net profit of A$2.8 million in H1 FY25. Notably, the company reduced net defaults from around 3% to just 1.1%, attributing this to improved credit risk models. Cheung also mentioned growth in personal loan offerings and continued investment into Carrington Labs.
