Yes there's already been a judgment and I think that now that he sees that the business is being run by a better management and will soon be very successful he is not satisfied with the amount of the judgment. He has gotten greedy and wants part of the new business although when he was in the business he did nothing. So if he deserves anything at all he should be willing to accept that. But since the judgment is standing I feel that he is barking up the wrong tree in trying to be involved in the new business. Hopefully the new management with Kevin absolutely knows this and their attorneys are at work to resolve it and that will happen as quickly as possible.
His actions only tell me that he knows what we are holding!!!?!
